Mountaineer Pride Membership

     We didn't want to leave out the many great sites on the 'net, where WVU fans are showing their pride in the Mountaineers, so we added The Mountaineer Pride membership.

     Don't have a webpage dedicated to the Mountaineers but you want to show your Mountaineer spirit on your webpage? Do you have a webpage of links to WVU sites and find you are always having to update URLs and information? Then becoming a member of Mountaineer Pride may be the answer for you.

     And speaking of Pride, here's a few selections from the 1997 Sudler Trophy winning Pride of West Virginia, the Mountaineer Marching Band.

How this differs from regular webring membership.

     If you don't meet the "content" requirement of the webring or you're just not interested in becoming an active ring member you can still add an easy to use link to the webring for your visitors to follow.

     Mountaineer Pride members will be listed on this website, however they will NOT be an active site in the webring. Since they aren't active in the webring coding it will not result in additional visitors to their website through normal webring surfing. The only way they will receive additional visitors is if a surfer clicks on the "PRIDE" section of the webring and then goes to the Mountaineer Pride listing and selects their site manually. The primary benefit to such webmasters is the ability to offer a convenient link to the webring.

     The graphics found on this page were created for the explicit use of WVU Mountaineers Webring and Mountaineer Pride members. Permission is granted, and is limited to, for use inside the WVU Mountaineers Webring and Mountaineer Pride HTML tables. We want these graphics to remain unique to the webring so please don't use them elsewhere on your webpage(s). Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright laws.

How to join.

1. Right click on the images below in the webring box and save them using the default names.
2. Cut the HTML snippet below and paste it into your page where you want the image to appear. You will need to upload the graphics and webpage to your server.
3. Complete the short information form below. We will add you to the Mountaineer Pride membership list.
